"Dont book"
sadly the booking goes great but any service afterwards is a disaster. AI assitant chat, dozens of mail and promises, but no actual change.... book somewhere else if you want your holiday to be stress free

I have to admit, the support team was actually really helpful. I wasn’t exactly expecting much, because, you know, customer support can be a whole adventure, but they handled my issue quickly and were polite the whole time. So that was a nice little surprise.

"Booking change worked, but the process was confusing"
I needed to change my ferry booking and, in the end, it did get sorted out. But I was a bit confused about what was happening because the replies took a while and there wasn’t much clarity along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I did feel stressed waiting and not really knowing if the change was going through. I just wish the modification process was easier to follow and a bit quicker

"A bit stressful at the port"
Booking itself was fine, but the app froze on me twice, and my tickets took forever to show up. It reminded me of the time my brother and I were stuck at a ferry terminal refreshing our phones like crazy. When you’re already at the port and trying to get through, it just doesn’t feel reliable enough.

Booking was easy, honestly!!! I liked that the ferry options were simple to compare, and at first the prices seemed really clear, which was nice. But then, after clicking through a few steps, some extra fees and service charges popped up near the end... not a massive amount or anything, but still!!! I’d much rather see the full total earlier so I know exactly what I’m paying from the start. I did still use it, and the tickets came through fine, so no major complaints there!! Just wish Ferryhopper was a bit more upfront with the final price right away...

I had a smooth experience booking my ferry ticket through Ferryhopper. The site was easy to follow, and the payment page was clear enough, which made the whole process feel simple. I paid by card and got my confirmation email shortly after, so everything worked out fine. I’ve used ferryhopper a couple of times and, the tickets worked fine, so I wouldn’t say it’s a scam or anything like that. That said, some of the ferry times seemed to change a bit, and the info on the app/site wasn’t totally clear until I also checked with the actual ferry company. Customer support was kind of slow too. I’d probably use it again, but I’d definitely double-check the details myself just to be safe.

Booked my ferry and the e-tickets landed in my email almost right away, which was great. I didn’t have to print anything, just showed my phone at the port and got through fine. it was very efficient and then also kind of a relief because I was half expecting some annoying issue. Easy, no stress, would totally use it again.

I booked my ferry tickets through Ferryhopper and the payment went through fine. The app showed my trip details clearly enough, so at first everything seemed smooth. But the instructions for collecting the tickets weren’t very clear, and that’s where my confidence in the service started to slip a bit. I ended up having to pick up paper tickets from a port agency, and it took me a while to figure out where exactly to go. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely added some unnecessary stress right before the ferry. I might use Ferryhopper again, but only if e-tickets are available next time.

"Delay Updates Definitely Need Work"
Booking was totally fine, no real complaints there. But the delay notifications came in way too late, and I’m 100% sure that’s what made things confusing at the port. We were basically standing around not knowing what was going on. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but they absolutely need to make disruption updates clearer and faster.

I had to cancel my ferry ticket, and to be fair, everything did get sorted in the end. I was expecting the process to be a bit quicker though, especially when waiting for replies from support. The refund information also could’ve been clearer up front, since I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Overall it worked out, but the communication could be better.
